Here and Now: Miami

Video captured simultaneously from the front and rear of a historic steam ship on as it travelled on the Ohio River was overlaid and projected onto twenty stories of the Marquis Miami building,  Using video mapping technologies and large venue projection equipment, the video highlighted the verticality of the building while calling attention to historical and contemporary divides and connections inherent in a river that separated (and still separates) the American North and South and was, and is still, used as a major shipping route.
